Job Title: IP and Media Associate

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our market-leading IP team, specializing in contentious trade mark matters and design and copyright work for high-profile media, entertainment, and technology clients.

As an IP and Media Associate, you will work on complex, fast-paced matters, often involving international disputes, with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leading IP partners, developing your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and prosecution of trade mark and design applications
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex IP issues
  • Develop and implement strategies for clients to enforce and defend their IP rights
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong academic record and experience in IP law
  • Substantive contentious experience in trade marks and design/copyright experience
  • Knowledge of litigation practice and procedure before the English courts and the UKIPO
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including 25 days' holiday, private medical insurance, and permanent health insurance. Our hybrid working model allows for up to 2 days per week working from home.
