  • Deliver flexible, person-centered housing-related support to tenants residing in the Extra Care scheme.
  • Organize and lead health and wellbeing activities to promote tenants' physical and mental well-being.
  • Manage a busy reception desk, responding to resident queries and assisting with logging repairs.
  • Provide guidance and support to tenants in accessing external specialized services when needed.
  • Conduct regular safety compliance checks in buildings and tenants' homes to ensure a safe living environment.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Ability to start within a specified timeframe.

Location: Knowsley – Merseyside

Rate: £19.00- £23.00 p/hour (Umbrella rate) - negotiable depending on experience

Hours: 25 hours p/week

Length: 6 weeks
