About the Role

In this key management position, you will lead compliance initiatives, ensuring our site meets the expectations of customers, retailers, and regulatory bodies. From conducting audits and investigations to delivering impactful training programs, you will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and food safety.

  • Maintain and enforce compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead complaints investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
  • Support site managers in achieving operational and compliance goals.
  • Organize and manage internal audits, factory tours, and external inspections.
  • Develop and deliver food safety and quality training programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Requirements:

  • A competitive salary is offered to successful candidates (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum).
  • Full UK Driving License is required.
