Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Culinary Assistant to join our hospital kitchen team. As a Culinary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking food for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to strict guidelines, and working closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in dealing with the public, awareness of standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and a willingness to work towards a Level 2 Food Safety qualification. A certificate in H.A.C.C.P and Food Allergen Awareness would be desirable but not essential.
