Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Account Handler to take on a senior role within our Commercial Insurance team. As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling SME and Commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on renewals and mid-term adjustments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewals and MTAs for SME and Commercial insurance accounts
  • Working closely with Account Executives on larger cases
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and systems
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
  • CII qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with Acturis is desirable, but not essential
