Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for handling SME and commercial accounts, focusing on renewal and mid-term adjustments across all lines of commercial insurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewals and mid-term adjustments for SME and commercial insurance accounts
  • Collaboration with account executives on larger cases to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and system updates
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a commercial account handler role
  • CII qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with Acturis is also desirable but not required
