Senior Commercial Account Handler

**Job Summary**

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you will be responsible for handling SME and Commercial accounts, with a focus on renewal-based and mid-term adjustments (MTAs).

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of SME and Commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives on larger cases to deliver exceptional client service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handler role, with a strong understanding of Commercial insurance
* CII qualification desirable, but not essential
* Familiarity with Acturis software an advantage
