Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling SME and Commercial insurance accounts, primarily focusing on renewals and mid-term adjustments (MTAs) across all lines of Commercial insurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewals and MTAs for SME and Commercial insurance accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on larger cases
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels
  • Ensure accurate documentation and systems
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
  • CII qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with Acturis is desirable, but not essential
