Rutherford Briant is a global organisation seeking a highly skilled Treasury Supervisor to join our team. As a leading international business, we offer a dynamic and challenging environment for experienced Treasury professionals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Treasury Supervisor to join our team of 5, within a wider team of over 50. The successful candidate will report into the Treasury Manager and be responsible for supervising a team of 2 initially, with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 2 initially, with growth potential
  • Bank reconciliations, cash allocation, processing payments, general ledger entries
  • Collect supplier guarantees
  • Processing of payments within online banking platforms including AP runs, payroll or one-off payments, coordination of daily treasury queries
  • Assist with all internal and external audit requests
  • Prepare reporting for the balance sheet FX exposure
  • Assist in Cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities, assisting the Treasury Manager to identify variances
  • Bank administration and regulatory reporting when required

Requirements

  • Experience managing a small team
  • FX experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excel skills
  • Experience in a large corporate or group business
