We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to help us deliver exceptional cuisine to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with our team of chefs to provide outstanding food service
  • To prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • To maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • To adhere to company food safety and health policies, including allergen control procedures

You will have:

  • A genuine passion for food and excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to innovation and creativity in the kitchen
