We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team, bringing creativity and passion for great food to the table. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing exceptional cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with our team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests
  • To prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch
  • To maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • To contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, showcasing your creativity and skillset

You will have:

  • A genuine passion for food and excellent customer service skills
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen environment
  • Innovation and creativity in the kitchen, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences
  • An organized and detail-oriented approach to your work, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
