We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our Finance Shared Service team, you will be responsible for leading the Procure to Pay function for our group, driving process improvement projects, and conducting regular reviews of internal controls and risk policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a professional team of AP professionals, ensuring effective controls and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
- Drive process improvement projects within the division, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and risk policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large, complex organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
