Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team at Safer Hand Solutions. As a key player in the industry, we provide comprehensive support services within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and assess requirements
  • Prepare and issue estimates, terms and conditions, and order acknowledgments
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain ongoing customer relationships
  • Liaise with the field service team to process and coordinate field support requests
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business further
  • Manage additional enquiries and quotation requests
  • Assist the Sales Manager in acquiring new customers and generating sales
  • Prepare and submit invoices to customers
  • Handle internal and external telephone queries
  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution

Requirements:

  • At least a year's experience within a similar customer service or sales administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively manage a busy workload
  • Previous experience within a technical/industrial/manufacturing/engineering industry
  • Proactive attitude to learning and willingness to help other departments
