About the Role


We are seeking passionate and empathetic Support Workers to join our team in Northallerton, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Independence: Assist individuals with daily tasks such as budget management, paying bills, household chores, organizing appointments, and preparing healthy meals.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Foster positive relationships by promoting understanding of the world around them.
  • Community Inclusion: Support individuals to access and participate in local community events, promoting life skills and individuality.
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care needs, including bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
