Job Advert

We are seeking passionate Female Relief Support Workers (Driver essential) to join our community-based team in Northallerton. This role offers Full time and Part time hours, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting Individuals - assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation.
  2. Relationship Building - fostering positive relationships and supporting individuals to understand their surroundings.
  3. Community Inclusion - helping individuals access local communities, events, and activities to promote life skills and individuality.
  4. Personal Care - assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.

Requirements

We are looking for Female Support Workers who possess a positive mind-set, quick thinking, and a can-do attitude. A desire to improve the lives of those with a learning disability is essential.
