About the Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless service delivery and upholding our ethos as the friendliest practice in the area.
  • Manage and implement HR policies for a valued team of 30 staff members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Dedicate time to building strong relationships with clients and the team.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Head Nurse in a veterinary setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, encourage, and manage the team effectively.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • A passion for coaching and developing colleagues.
