About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in estate agency and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator, and hold a Full UK driving license.

You will be responsible for listing properties, gaining new instructions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

We offer a competitive OTE of £40,000-£45,000, along with uncapped commission and opportunities for career progression.
