Job Title: Real Estate Law Specialist

Location: Various locations

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Real Estate Law Specialist with our client, a well-established law firm. As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity files from beginning to end.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience working in a busy conveyancing team and possess good literacy, numeracy and attention to detail skills. You will also need to have a pleasant manner, be flexible and co-operative, and able to work on your own initiative under pressure. Excellent client care skills are essential, as is the ability to type accurately.

In this role, you will be expected to perform daily tasks to a high standard, including dealing with client and third-party enquiries, preparing draft contracts, and liaising with senior members of the management team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures. A high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures are also required.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate law and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
