Job Title: Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems, you will be responsible for selling a high-quality manufactured range of automatic door and security systems to end-users, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling automatic door and security systems to end-users, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team
  • Inheriting a well-established area capable of turning over circa £800k
  • Large on-going project bank to go after
  • Projects sizes with vary of size and scope

Requirements:

  • Field sales experience in the construction industry selling to contractors
  • Ideal from the automatic doors, sliding doors, security systems, barriers, swing doors, access control sector
  • Must be able to motivate and develop people
  • Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
