Marks and Spencer is seeking a talented individual to join our Apprentice Retail Team Leader program. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a multi-million-pound store.

About the Program

This apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through different departments, including Food, Clothing, and Home and Hospitality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues, understanding routines and processes.

  • Rotating through various departments, including Food, Clothing, and Home and Hospitality, to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.

  • Working collaboratively to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Your Career Potential

We are committed to helping you progress your career within Marks and Spencer. Upon completion of the program, you may have the opportunity to take on larger stores or explore other areas of the business. Additionally, you will be eligible to study towards a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Business Management after six months.
