Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced handyman to take on new challenges and grow with our company. As a Handyman Professional, you'll complete small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, working independently while maintaining strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Completing Maintenance & Repairs: You'll complete tasks ranging from two hours to two days, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
Requirements
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our office team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in at least three areas: carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, plumbing, electrical work, or flooring installation and refurbishing.
  • Self-Management: Work independently, self-managing your schedule and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Lifting and Safety: Safely lift 50 pounds independently and work at heights.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a company-supplied van with gas card, back-office support, technology tools, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
