Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Supervisor and team, ensuring high compliance on documentation.
  • Offer assistance to internal colleagues and customers.
  • Manage the scheduling system, making amendments as needed and communicating changes to the team and affected customers.
  • Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Control and replenish consumable stocks for the relevant area.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety processes at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
  • Flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
