Customer Service Coordinator

At Markerstudy Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our Tewkesbury service centre.
Your role will involve:
- Providing administrative support to the Supervisor and wider team, ensuring high levels of compliance on all documentation.
- Offering help and support to internal colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where necessary and communicating these changes with the team and affected customers.
- Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the relevant area.
- Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to at all times.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via the telephone.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
- Proficient IT skills.
