Bespak, a renowned Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), seeks a skilled Process Engineer to join its team at the Holmes Chapel site in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes for pressurized metered dose inhalers (pMDIs) and other medical products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and optimizing pMDI production processes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Scaling up new product lines and implementing technology transfers to meet evolving market demands
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA regulatory standards to guarantee product safety and efficacy
  • Troubleshooting equipment and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve overall performance

The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £45,500 and £54,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Buy/Sell Scheme, a pension contribution, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
