Job Title: Occupational Health Professional

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Professional to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering comprehensive occupational health services. This is a full-time position based onsite in Bristol.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the health, safety, and productivity of employees. Key responsibilities include conducting fitness medicals, health surveillance, and other OH services such as spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, ergonomic assessments, and health promotion. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to other team members, including OH Technicians, as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with valid NMC registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma. You will also need proficiency in spirometry, audiometry, general medicals, drug and alcohol screening, and case management. A flexible and proactive approach to OH service delivery, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The company offers a contributory pension scheme up to 6%, life assurance, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional leave for service length.
