Insurance Program Manager

Job Summary:
Bruin is seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager to spearhead their insurance initiatives, liaising with their global teams and external partners. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the company's risk management strategy, focusing on managing insurance programs for portfolio companies and ensuring smooth insurance due diligence for new investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the renewal of insurance programs for portfolio companies, ensuring that coverage is both effective and cost-efficient.
- Work closely with brokers and portfolio teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims handling.
- Lead the negotiation and settlement of disputed claims, ensuring that they are resolved fairly and efficiently.
- Maintain a database of insurance policies, ensuring it's always up to date with accurate information.
- Prepare regular reports on premiums, claims, loss ratios, and savings to support the company's risk management strategies.
- Carry out thorough insurance due diligence for new investments, analyzing existing policies and providing cost projections for future coverage.
- Ensure that insurance policies comply with requirements across different regions and types of coverage, verifying accuracy and adequacy for both the company and its portfolio companies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing corporate insurance programs and handling complex claims.
- Strong experience in negotiating with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of various insurance markets and types of coverage worldwide.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
