About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our busy office team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all incoming customer and sales enquiries, processing sales orders, and chasing suppliers for back orders and outstanding stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with all customer and sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Chase suppliers for back orders and outstanding stock to minimize delays
  • Upload new pricing and pricing lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Raise customer invoices and credits in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organize international shipping of export orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Requirements
  • Happy to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Based locally near Small Heath
  • Past experience of working for an SME or family run business
  • Be adaptable, hands on and have a can do attitude
  • Worked within sales administration within manufacturing
What We Offer
