About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Internal Sales Office, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability and optimize sales performance
  • Prepare and review commercial invoices and customer declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams to resolve quality concerns and improve customer experience
  • Contribute to monthly sales forecasting analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
