About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with customers, satisfying their needs and requests, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and progress any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
- Facilitate business reviews with customers and complete RFQ's from customers
- Negotiate with customers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders and maintain regular customer engagement
- Ensure the system is updated using active price management including margins and analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability
- Obtain up-to-date forecast information for key customers and perform monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts
- Creation of commercial invoices and supporting of customer declarations, resolving empty bin queries by liaising with customer & purchasing department
- Regular reviews of any invoice exceptions and coordination of activities with any quality concerns raised by our customers
- Support and collaborate with AR/AP to resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with Warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Generate customers KPI's as required and perform any other duties as required by management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders, product sourcing & resourcing, and placing PO's with suppliers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel
- Good time management
