We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our client's firm in Wokingham. As an IFA Administrator, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to provide high-quality financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with clients and other parties to resolve queries and concerns.
  2. Record client communications and maintain accurate records in line with company policy.
  3. Collect and collate client information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist Financial Advisers in discussing client objectives and identifying solutions.
  5. Liaise with product providers to obtain necessary information for client assessments.
  6. Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval by Financial Advisers.
  7. Support administrative functions, such as new business processing and income matching.

Requirements:

  1. Technical knowledge and ability to pass internal assessments.
  2. Compliance with money laundering and basic knowledge tests during probation.

Essential Skills:

  1. Understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  2. Ability to work within defined business processes.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Good report writing skills.

Knowledge & Experience:

  1. Experience in maintaining good working relationships in a financial advice service environment.
  2. Ability to acquire and apply new skills and knowledge.
  3. Set own goals and deliver agreed targets.
