Job Title: Driver Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to deliver high-quality training to our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-house, periodic Driver CPC training.
  • Provide training on drivers' hours, tachographs, and WTD rules and regulations.
  • Conduct new starter training and inductions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training, assessing Culina needs and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Report on driver performance and provide feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of driver training.
  • Liaise with the Transport Management team to maximize training benefits.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Essential skills in LGV C&E Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Good computer literacy, particularly MS Office applications.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually.
