About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver Trainer to join our team at Bristol Waste Company. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest professional standards and compliance with current legislation and company safe working procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve driver knowledge, skills, and confidence.
  • Implement a robust driver assessment process to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Reduce and prevent accidents and incidents by monitoring and reviewing key data.
  • Work with key stakeholders to improve fleet fuel efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage the driver CPC process and develop driver skills with bespoke training packages.
Requirements
  • HGV class 2 licence.
  • HGV/LGV Trainer qualification.
  • Driver Assessor qualification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
