Job Title: Transport Manager

Office Angels is seeking a results-driven Transport Manager to oversee the company's fleet of 15 vehicles, including tankers, jetting vehicles, and company cars. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operator licence requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes in standards and legislation, and ensuring driver compliance with employees, subcontractors, and agency staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the fleet of 15 vehicles, ensuring they are kept in a fit and roadworthy condition.
  • Ensure compliance with driving hours rules and FORS requirements.
  • Manage driver training plans, scheduling servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
  • Review and implement processes to uphold FORS Bronze.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driver's License (essential).
  • CPC Qualified.
  • Ideal candidate will have LGV and ADR licenses.
  • Proven record in Fleet Compliance in maintenance, MOTs, Servicing, and breakdowns.
