Senior Care Team Leader

In this pivotal role as a Senior Care Team Leader (Nights), you will be instrumental in shaping the care experience of our residents. Reporting directly to the Residential Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our night shift care team, focusing on quality care delivery, efficient workflows, and staff development.
Your extensive knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, coupled with your experience in managing a team, will ensure seamless care transitions and effective issue resolution. To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of care best practices, hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
