Customer Services Advisor - Shift Work

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and provide assistance with roadside services and repairs.
  • Communicate with customers, roadside staff, and motoring organisations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and update job records, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Process payments and invoices, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the control room team to achieve excellent customer service and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and databases to manage customer information and job records.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to work a shift pattern including nights and weekends.
