About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Central Events Coordinator to join our team at The QHotels Collection. As a Central Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their events run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering above-and-beyond service are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise MICE and Group opportunities through new and existing enquiries
  • Meet client expectations and provide exceptional service
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
