About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention of our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, heads of department, and end-users.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of our solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and growth.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and adoption metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, relationship management, or account management role.
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience working with complex technology customers, with a strong understanding of their challenges and needs.
