About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Stock Planner to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels across all SKUs for our UK warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily purchase orders with our suppliers, follow up on deliveries, and guarantee that materials arrive at our warehouses.
  • Determine optimal replenishment setup to balance material availability and costs of stock on hand.
  • Monitor warehouse stock counts, spot potential count discrepancies, and drive issue resolution in collaboration with suppliers and warehouse teams.
  • Understand forecast mechanism and optimize quantity and price based on current stock vs forecast.
  • Owning supplier relationships and internal communication with relevant stakeholders on upcoming deliveries, issues with deliveries, quality of deliveries, etc.
  • Guarantee that materials' database is updated, and work with ERP system for data maintenance and orders placement.
  • Ensure legal/contractual agreements are correct and up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain/operations/logistics/warehousing/backoffice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience working with Excel/Google sheets and data processing.
  • Strong and proven communication skills.
  • Experience in working with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
  • Able to develop relationships with external stakeholders (like suppliers).
  • Enthusiastic, independent, proactive, and a real team player.
  • Resilient and not phased by last-minute change.
  • Passionate about sustainability and willing to help us move forward with our sustainability goals.
  • Willing and able to travel to our UK warehouse at least once a week (located in Nuneaton).
