Procurement Stock Planner

We are seeking a skilled and organized Procurement Stock Planner to join our Operations team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels across all SKUs in our UK warehouses, working closely with our warehouse teams and category managers to achieve this goal.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily purchase orders with our suppliers, following up on deliveries and guaranteeing that materials arrive at our warehouses.
- Monitor warehouse stock counts, identifying potential discrepancies and driving issue resolution in collaboration with our suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating optimal replenishment setups to balance material availability and costs.
- Work closely with our ERP system to manage data maintenance and orders placement, ensuring accurate and timely communication with our stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and contractual agreements are up to date and accurate.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of supply chain management principles. You will have a bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or warehousing.
