Academics SEN Teaching Assistant Role Opportunity

Winner Education is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can provide support to a Year 2 child in need of assistance until the end of the academic year. This role involves working 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of approximately £11-12 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to the student, focusing on their specific needs and goals
- Collaborating with the classroom teacher to develop and implement effective learning plans
- Assisting with lesson preparation, instruction, and assessment
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents/guardians
Requirements:
- Qualifications in teaching or related field (e.g., special education, childcare)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
