Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Winner Education.
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 2 child who requires support until the end of the academic year.
About the Opportunity- Location: Burton upon Trent
- Hours: 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract Duration: Until the end of the academic year
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in teaching or a related field and experience working with children with SEN.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Child's Learning: Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to support the child's learning needs
- Building Relationships: Building strong relationships with the child, teachers, and other staff members
- Maintaining a Positive Classroom Environment: Ensuring the child feels safe and supported in the classroom
