About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Amplifon in Bath. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Diary: Ensure the perfect mix of sales and service appointments for both new and existing customers.
  • Review Clinic Customer Database: Identify appointment opportunities to increase clinic performance with minimal supervision.
  • Personalize Welcome Calls: Maximize attendance and show appreciation for the benefit of this towards driving revenue.
  • Generate Revenue: Schedule appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible, and promote and sell add-on products where there is an appropriate need/benefit.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions to existing and potential customers.
  • Store Management: Maintain the look and feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the right amount of products are available.
Requirements
  • Customer Devotion: Demonstrate total customer devotion and be a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and the needs of the customer are always met.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Possess sales skills and the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • Pro-Active Mindset: Have a pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
  • Strong Working Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs, and all Support Office departments.
  • Self-Motivated: Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
  • Amplifon Vision and Values: Have an understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
