About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Thank Customers: Welcome customers to our store, thank them for their business, and bid them farewell in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Utilize your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs, both in-store and online.
  • Process Sales and Refunds: Efficiently and attentively process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills.
  • Process Deliveries and Stock Replenishment: Help to get new stock onto the shop floor and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • General Housekeeping: Keep the store floor and back of house areas clean and organized.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Company Activity: Keep informed about company promotions, sales, and events.
  • Support Floor Moves and Sales: Assist with floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Ensure you are aware of and follow all FatFace policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Initiative and Direction: Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
