As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest level of service during each visit. This includes engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing a shoe fitting service, and working towards achieving sales targets.
This role offers opportunities for growth and development within the company, as we prioritize promoting from within.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the store's management team in maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Uphold the company's standards of cleanliness and merchandising.
- Process incoming and outgoing stock, and maintain stockroom standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding their products and services.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
