About the Role

The Edinburgh Lettings Team aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve a market-leading position in our target areas. Your role will involve providing a professional and efficient front-line reception service, dealing with clients and customers through various communication channels. You will also provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of the department and office premises
  • Managing phone calls and voicemail queries
  • Greeting clients, suppliers, and associated professionals face-to-face
  • Providing the highest standard of client care and satisfaction
  • Ensuring standards are met and adopting a continuous learning approach
  • Managing viewing calendars and appointments
  • Managing a database of applicants for available properties
  • Managing the main lettings email inbox
  • Managing keys in and out of the office
  • Liaising with viewers/coordinators to best manage diaries/viewings
