Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Coordinator to join our team at NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Practice Team Leader and Commissioned Service Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing correspondence and other tasks such as photocopying, maintaining records, and compiling statistics.
  • Undertaking finance tasks in accordance with organization guidelines.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements: Strong IT skills, good organizational and communication skills, and relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.
