A SEN Learning Mentor is required to provide focused support to children with special educational needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with special educational needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Work with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for the children both at school and at home.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing environment that encourages children to build confidence, social skills, and academic progress.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers, parents, and the SEN team.
