Job Title: SEN Learning Mentor Primary School Ealing

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our primary school in Ealing. The successful candidate will provide focused support to children with special educational needs, working closely with class teachers, SENCO, and parents to help children overcome learning challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with special educational needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Work with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for the children both at school and at home.
  • Foster a positive nurturing environment that encourages children to build confidence, social skills, and academic progress.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers, parents, and the SEN team.
