Mental Health Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with service users to develop personalized support plans, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Provide practical information and advice on various aspects of life, including budgeting, employment, and health issues.
  • Collaborate with service users to complete Safety Management Plans, ensuring a positive and collaborative risk management approach.
  • Work with a range of professionals, including social workers and landlords, to provide comprehensive support.
Essential Criteria:
  • Enhanced DBS (adults and children)
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge of mental health and risk management
