Marketing Director

At Designer Parfums, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brands and Marketing Director to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the image and profitability of our brands in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize brand potential in the UK market
- Plan and manage the UK marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives
- Build relationships with license and global brand teams, providing regular updates and insights
- Work closely with the creative team to develop artwork briefs and approve marketing materials
- Monitor and optimize A&P spend to maximize brand profitability and effectiveness
- Define media strategies, brief agencies, and oversee implementation
- Manage UK stock requirements for marketing initiatives, collaborating with the demand planning team
- Present marketing programs to the sales and trade marketing teams, providing necessary tools and support
- Liaise with license and global brand teams, as well as other company functions, to perform duties
- Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the fragrance industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgets, stock management, and strategic promotional activities
- Ability to balance the needs of license and global brand teams with UK market requirements
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
